The Alaska

 

Sch. Alaska sailed on a Bank trip August 18, baited at Canso Aug. 24, 1883 and was probably lost in the gale of Aug. 29. 63.87 tons, built at Essex in 1877, owned by George Norwood & Son, and insured with outfits for $3600.
