The May Queen

 

The May Queen left port Feb. 17th 1862, and has been absent nearly six weeks.
She was about 91 tons burthen; owned by Wm. Parsons 2nd, & Co.; valued at $3800, and insured in the Gloucester Fishing Ins. Co., for $3325.
Her crew list comprised nine persons, as follows:

Geo. Brant, master
John Smith, leaves a widow
Alex. Hutchings, leaves a widow
Matthew Olson, leaves a widow
Sam'l Parsons, leaves a widow, one child
James Webb, leaves a widow and two children
Benj. F. Parsons
John W. Johnson and
James Hudson, single
