The Enterprise

 

The Sch. Enterprise left port February 23rd 1862, and has been absent nearly five weeks.
She was about 93 tons burthen; owned by Geo. F. Wonson & Bros., and valued at $4000; insured in the Gloucester Fishing Ins. Co., for $3,500.
Her crew list comprised nine persons as follows:

Henry Peterson, master, leaves a widow and five children in Sweden
John Foster, leaves a widow and two children
Chas. Brown, leaves a widow and one child
Henry Peterson, (son of master)
Erastus Rackliffe, single
A. H. Benson, single
Wm. Baryson, single
F. H. Quimby, leaves a widow and one child
one man, name unknown
