The North Star

 

The North Star left port Feb. 15th 1862 and has been absent six weeks to-morrow. She was nearly 79 tons, owned by Chas. Parkhurst; valued at $2800, and insured in the Gloucester Fishing Ins. Co., for $2450.
Her crew list comprised nine men, as follows:

James Roach, master, leaves a widow and two children
James Donnelly, leaves a widow and two children
James Henderban
Thos. Foley
Richard Herring
Joseph Brown
Thos. Jones
Otis Scarborough and
Thos. Tobin, single
