19th - John Zinck, single, 40, native of North Sydney, N. S., and George A. Stubert, single, 49, also of North Sydney, lost from sch. Elsie G. Silva.  Harry Baker, married, 35, native of Cape Porpoise, Me, lost from sch. Elizabeth W. Nunan. 
Antonio Santos Cortina,
married, 30; Duarte Magellers, married, 28; and Manuel Natari (AKA Alegria), married, 38, all residents of Gloucester, natives of Portugal lost from sch. Laura Goulart.


May

20th - Archibald Johnson, widower, 55, native of Port Hastings, lost from sch. John J. Fallon.


August

26th - Great storm on the banks.  Joseph F. Silveira lost from sch. Dorcas
Three men lost from sch. Alice and Wilson in the same storm
The Helen E. Murley lost six men. 
The Anita & Bernice L. foundered and eight were all given up as lost on September 18th.


September

28th - Bert Eaton, single, 40, native of Newburyport, and Ernest R. Brigham, married, 45, also of Newburyport were lost from the motorboat 4541, the Bobolink.


December

20th - John Ryan, single, 47, native of Lockport, N. S., lost from sch. Elizabeth & Ruth.

30th - Joseph V. Bonia, married, of Placentia Bay, was lost from the sch. Independence off Andossan, Scotland.
