was lost in the month of August.
Schooner Herald
went ashore on Eastern Point, October 20th, and became a total loss. Crew saved. Owned by
William Parsons, Jr., and others, and uninsured.
Schooner Amazon,
lost in the Bay of Chaleur. Crew saved. Owned by Daniel Gaffney. Valued at $2,000; insured
for $1,500. |
